PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI PULLMAN JAKARTA INDONESIA (STUDI KASUS KARYAWAN MAGANG PADA BATCH 2 JULI-JANUARI 2023/2024)
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. A sample of 54 was carried out using census sampling. Path analysis techniques, and T test. The results of this research found that leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance and work motivation is able to mediate the effect Leadership style on employee performance at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia
