ANALISIS PERSEPSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ULANG DI MIRA KATERING JEMBER
Product sales turnover data at Mira Katering Jember in 2019-2023 is still fluctuating \r\n(conditions that are not fixed), so researchers are interested in examining one of the factors that \r\ncan influence repurchase decisions, namely consumer perceptions. The purpose of this study \r\nwas to determine what factors can influence consumer perceptions and whether consumer \r\nperceptions partially have a significant positive effect on repurchase decisions at Mira Katering \r\nJember. This study used quantitative research methods using probability sampling with simple \r\nrandom sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used are instrumental tests, classical \r\nassumption tests and hypothesis testing through the SPSS data processing program. Based on \r\nthe result of statistical calculations it’s known that ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? namely 8,034 > 1,984 with \r\na significance of 0,000 < 0,05 with 39,7% of purchasing decisions influenced by consumer \r\nperceptions of Mira Katering Jember. The results of this study indicated that there were three \r\nfactors that influence consumer perceptions, namely service quality, food quality and facilities. \r\nConsumer perception variable partially had significant positive effect on repurchase decisions \r\nat Mira Katering Jember. This meant that the better or more positive the perception of \r\nconsumers, the higher the repurchase decisions that would be made by consumers of Mira \r\nKatering Jember
